What are the features of CIFA™ Online Curriculum?

Each curriculum comprise of 5 – 10 modules. Each module will take approximately 1 – 2 hours to complete. Total hours spent on a curriculum may vary depending on the candidate and topics in the area of training. Brief descriptions of the curriculums are available in the website.

Am I assessed?

Yes. You will have a mock test for you to familiarize yourself with computerized exam environment. When you are ready for examination, you may contact the exam center to book an exam date. Examination format are different for CIFATM Foundation and CIFATM Specialist. For more information, please refer to www.LearnCIFA.com/exam

Does the online training program include support material?

No. The program has been designed as a one-stop study solution, and everything needed to complete the program is included. Additional resources for CIFATM are developed aligned with new curriculum development and can be purchased separately. Candidates will be notified once the resources are available. For more information on latest training resources and publication please refer to www.LearnCIFA.com/support and www.LearnCIFA.com/resource .

I’m already subscribed to the online CIFA™ curriculum. Should I buy the CIFA™ Guide as well?

The CIFATM Guide is intended to supplement the online CIFATM curriculum and it is optional. The purpose of the CIFATM Guide is to accommodate to different learning style of CIFATM Candidates. Please refer to www.LearnCIFA.com/resource for samples.

Can I print out the online training program?

Many features of the program are interactive activities which cannot be printed. However, there are features of the program that can be printed. Usually you will be notified of such features.

For how long do I have access to the online training program?

You will have access for 2 months from the first login.

Can I extend the subscription of the online training program?

Yes. However, the offer to extend will only start 30 days before the expiry of your access. The offer will last for 60 days, meaning up to 30 days after the expiry of your access. Please refer to the CIFAOnline Policy for more information.

How much does it cost to extend the online training program?

Can I try the program before I buy?

There is a demo of the online CIFATM curriculum on this site for you to view. Please go to www.LearnCIFA.com/demo .

How do I purchase the online training program?

Once our online training programs are available for purchase, you may purchase it from our secure site or CIFAOnline account for active candidates. Simply click “BUY CIFA”, browse the selection of online training program, add to your shopping cart, confirm your personal details and proceed to payment. Please refer to the Financial section of this FAQ for more information.

How do I access the CIFAOnline portal?

Your Candidate ID is available on the order confirmation page. An email containing password for CIFAOnline will also be sent to you. You will also be guided on your next step to start your training.  This email will be sent automatically and instantly upon successful enrolment and payment. If you do not receive this, please contact us,  and quote your Candidate ID.
